The Booking Process
If you, or someone you know is interested in a room at Livingstone Manor, please contact us to arrange a tour or just drop by for one. You can contact us by filling in the submission form on this page or by calling the office.
After someone decides they would like to move in, a nurse will contact the resident or substitute decision maker in order to complete the pre-admission assessment.
Once the pre-admission assessment has been completed and it is determined that Livingstone Manor is the appropriate choice for the residents, a move-in date will be arranged. Move-in can happen all at once, or little by little.
A deposit is required in order to secure the room and full rental fees will be due upon move-in.
Livingstone Manor often has a waiting list in place, so if there is no room available at the time you are looking - you may decide to add your name and contact information to the waiting list. You will then be notified when a room becomes available.
